  1. Reminds me i need to buy FP2. I really liked the first one. And even if i end up hating FP2, the developers deserve the support. They are making games like nobody else has so far. That kind of newness and innovation needs rewarding, because it is risky financially.

  2. Fun fact, people actually ate "sawdust" in WW2 during the blitz. One example was actually hand carved wooden pips like you'd get in a raspberry jam. Because raspberry jam was hard to get, but you could make a jam similar in taste to raspberry jam, and put the fake pips in it, and sell it for a premium.

Won't hurt you, but humans cannot digest wood, you just end up passing it. So wood can and was used to bulk up food, and fill your belly, but you'd still be slowly starving to death.

  3. that sawdust soup isnt far off what people have eaten before in world war 2 the germans where running out of wheat towards the end of the war so the people made a german black bread out of wood shavings silage and something sweet like honey or treacle to make it taste a bit better

  4. Oh another story from Jingles' time in the navy. May I ask for more Sea Power videos spiced up with more navy anecdotes? That seems to be a lovely combination. And I don't mind if you Jingles happen to repeat a sea story or two

  6. harpoon was based on a table top type game, i played a game in the early 90's me a perry class vs 3 iranian gunships, winning condition all 3 had to be sunk. end of the missile exchange i won but there was nothing left floating on the surface by the end of the game, all of us sunk each other, i won cos i meet the winning conditions.

  7. You are not the only one who fines space marine 2 a bit tough. I died 2 times on the tutorial, and failed the first mission 2 times. lol. But I have enjoyed every minute. Feels like I’m playing a grood sci-fi action movie.
