The speed that beds function at depends on the amount of mobs rendered, so decrease render distance and light up the nearby area to make beds go up to 10 times faster!

Kinda curious to see who put this mod pack together after seeing all of the overlapping hud items lol.
Instead of using an omni-hopper, you should consider using a grate from pnuematicraft. It doesn't seem to have a transfer limit for items and will automatically put any items into adjacent inventories. You also don't need any pressure to use it, the items just need to touch it.
Sidenote: For a simple starter refined storage set-up you don't need bigger reactors. A reasonable FE input from the mana fluxfield/ pneumatic dynamo is plenty to start off with.
