  8. need to get you a scyther or something that can learn the move false swipe, will leave the pokemon with 1hp when you use the attack even if your pokemon was lv 100 and the pokemon you found was lv 3, will make catching pokemon so much easier for you

  16. It's a little bit ironic that Jordan elected to not raise the level cap to 60, because at level 60 Kommo-o learns Close Combat which would've made fighting Magnezone a lot easier. Not that he would've had any way of knowing at the time, just an unfortunate circumstance.

  18. Why don't you use accelerock move on magniton he's weak to it from electric js and its priority move should but other than that love Pixelmon vids and wish I could play pixelmon so bad idk the cheapest set up to be able to play tho

  21. Alright, here’s a VERY SHORT COMMENT (compared to the 29 paragraph long comment I had) because for some stupid reason, YouTube won’t allow me to post the full comment that I spent all 2 hours of the video typing up.

    Anyway, some pre battle notes. Neither Gen 4 nor Gen 7 are “the worst” like Chat says. Those are baseless opinions that don’t matter overall. As for Pokemon, Mimikyu is almost certainly the BEST option Jordan had available to him, but he uses his time horribly and doesn’t get one. That’s completely on him because he would wait until the tail end of when it could spawn to go look for it, and spent more time looking for more Rockruffs, which didn’t pay off in the slightest. Lycanroc was a horrible choice because he didn’t give it ANY coverage moves. He could have gone with Reversal to MAYBE help out, but Lycanroc is just horrible in general. I think people only wanted Dusk Lycanroc because it’s the one Ash had in the anime.

    As for the actual battles, it’s mostly Jordan getting salty over having a bad Pokemon with no coverage and Kara actually using good Pokemon. There were many ways he could have played around this or planned ahead, but he did none. I partly blame him, partly blame chat. For starters, if Jordan is going to continue this series all the way to Episode 10, he NEEDS to start doing some research of his own. Look up what Pokemon you have at your disposal and go from there. Don't rely on chat or instinct. Hell, he technically cheated when he used Amoonguss in a previous episode because he got Red as his color and Amoonguss is White, not Red. Going off what chat says can SOMETIMES be good, but then you also get times where they insist you get Dhelmise, tell you it's not worth it after you waste time trying to catch it, and it's all just a mess.

    Jordan not allowing leveling past 50 also came back to bite him in the ass HARD this episode. Kommo-o is part Fighting Type, but doesn't learn a Fighting move naturally until Level 60. There is GENINUELY no good reason for not allowing them to level past 50. The battle rules they use will lower any Pokemon over back down to 50, so the only real things that going past that does is opens up the amount of Pokemon and moves they can use, meaning it is ONLY a good thing. Jordan's BS rule is a major reason why he lost this battle, and it'd be hilarious if it weren't so hard to watch.

    And then there's the server… OH GOD, THE SERVER. This is one of, if not THE MOST P2W servers I have EVER seen. People who are observant might notice the ranks of some players. Yeah, those cost about $200 and $300 USD. That's fucking INSANE for a Minecraft server. This server has a TON of other P2W stuff, but I implore you to check out their shop for yourself, it's horrendous. The fact that Jordan and Kara are PROMOTING this site to their audience of, let's face it, kids, is downright horrible. Them playing this server gives off the impression that they'll be able to do all these cool things, go to these cool places, catch these insane Pokemon, BUT NO, YOU CAN'T. You wanna know how you get these Pokemon? You fork over some real ass money to do it. Because yeah, why spend $300 on a Nintendo Switch or something when you can spend it on a scummy Minecraft Server, or even better, AN ACTUAL POKEMON GAME!

    It's so awful, genuinely one of the worst things I've seen recently. Listen, I understand they're a sponsor and probably paying them a decent chunk of change for the promotion, but did they seriously not look into this thing BEFORE playing on it? I would stay FAR away from this server if I were any of you. It'd also be much nicer if they just, had a custom server set up for them or something where people won't be getting scammed.
