  1. Full time student here….the only snail mail I get from my university is to join the alumni. Who gets mail from actual classes as a student? Everything is done by email now and through an online account portal.
    Low credibility witness.

  2. Maybe they didn't defund the police enough. That might be a big contributor in the "too unsafe to deliver" I'm sure climate change plays a significant role in this. How about buying some carbon credits?

  3. If you sign up for USPS Informed Delivery, it will send you an email with a jpeg of your first-class mail a day or two before delivery. It's scanned at a regional distribution center, so it will catch any last-mile problems, and it's free.
