Wouldn't be the first time. I put in a complaint a long time ago about one of their officers for dangerous driving and road rage whilst in posestion of a fire arm.
For some reason the cameras next to Buckingham palace were all pointing the other way.
Then it gets bizzare. All the cameras on the walls at the Palace are not working too. That was from the head of security at the palace.
So I don't hold out much hope for the victim's family in this case.

They could always collect the video footage from the vast amount of camera's in London, after all the camera's are there to help police determine the facts of any incident and to prosecute anybody found to be guilty of any wrong doing and to keep the public safe from anybody considered to be a danger to the public at large. The harry's convoy was in a crash not long ago & it was only a matter of time before good old Joe/Josephine Public was Killed because we don't matter. Saw this happen when a traffic jam on the Right side. Sure anyone in that jam had far more important jobs to do than any superfluous royal Duty, cutting ribbons etc. The poor woman who was killed probably thought the way was now clear after the outrider rode off, only to be thrown flying by the SPEEDING following royals cars. A freind of mine was hit by a motorcycle the accident nearly killed her ( she was crossing at traffic lights they changed he hit her there are 4 lanes for the motorcyclist to travel) the rider was accellerating away from a red light change he couldve avoided her as this is a 3 lane road going into a 4 lane riad all one way. Anyway my point is this ploice biker mustve been racing along to hit and kill some one my question is this we are told speed kills so why do plod race around london etc with these waste of space on board? I ca remember when Prince William was going to University he used to ride around on a high powered motorbike and another unmarked bike following him.
