  1. When I was driving, I saw a bunch of Mesquite cops blocking the street on Motley. My body began to tremble, because I knew someone had slipped into eternity. As I pulled into the Albertsons, I looked to my right and saw a body covered with what looked to be a white and black tarp. The only thing that went through my mind at the time was , "Was that person saved by the blood of Jesus Christ.". It appears he was, but I can't be sure. The Bible tells us that man has one time to live and die and then comes judgement. Repent and trust in what Jesus Christ did on the cross before its too late. Life is but a vapor. Any breath can be your last. And you don't want to die in your sins. Because it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the Living God.

  2. Sounds like he was a good-hearted person. What a tragedy; all because someone couldn't control their drinking and had to get behind a wheel. Hopefully, he will be behind bars for a long time and when they let him out, deport him back to wherever he came from.

  3. Latino teenagers are wreckless behind the wheel and have been for decades for the most part
No bias here bc most of my closest friends are hispanic. Prayers and condolences to the loved ones.

  4. Texas needs to abolish intoxication manslaughter, and
change it to intoxication murder. We see this over and
    over, year after year.
It's stupid and it's time to
    change it.
NOBODY accidentally gets high or drunk. Everybody knows NOT to drive impaired
    and that it's dangerous

  5. At some point, the families giving irresponsible young men a place to stay instead of getting a job – any job and doing something besides racing on the roads, will need to be held financially accountable. Civil lawsuits since the criminal system doesn't seem to want to change behavior.

  6. I hate that people think it's ok to drink and drive. So many lives are lost to the stupidity. Then he is able to post bond after killing someone. I think in these cases these drunk drivers should get no bond. Me personally having a family member that was killed in a car wreck due to a drunk driver, makes my heart go out to that family even more.
