Starts off with an awesome pixelart titlescreen and then 95% of the game is nothing but is decent-ish character portraits and the rest is sepia map stuff. Kind of a shame imho.

You are an awful merchant. You ask them to make an offer and then remove stuff they want while demanding MUCH more to the extent you constantly offend the person you are bartering with.

Thanks for playing this game. This is right up my alley but I hadn't heard of it yet. Having said that, you are funny bad at playing this mate 🙂 In my opinion the loop is quite simple. Every custommer has things they want and things they want to unload. Everything else will be traded at subboptimal values. So essentially you have to trade the things they want for they things they want to unload (farmers=food, soldiers=coin, etc. Instead you are trying to get coins from farmers, while you should be getting only food from them and trading for tools or whatever they need.
Dude, I am dying at the indignation in your voice when they tried to trade you 9 peas for 1 raven. These trades sound so funny when said out loud.
You should never become a merchant Nook. Terrible bartering.
