“Men SHOULD Be Frightened!” Ava debates Panel on MeToo Movement’s Effect On Men

Five years on from the #MeToo movement, Piers Morgan Uncensored is joined by a panel consisting of political journalist Ava Santina, TalkTV International Editor Isabel Oakeshott and Conservative commentator Connor Tomlinson to debate whether the movement has made it harder for men to have relationships with women.

Isabel suggests that young men and boys are terrified of doing anything with a girl because the idea of it being construed as sexual assault scares them from even bothering them. Ava suggests that is a good thing and that men should be frightened to touch a woman inappropriately. Piers however counters by suggesting that these are young teenage boys who are often not acting maliciously but are just inexperienced.

  1. The fact is that men are terrified of being alone around women, in case of such a claim. They won't mentor them in work environments on a 1:1 basis for fear of being accused of doing or saying something which is later framed as being inappropriate. This then leads to them being accused of being misogynistic and the women lose out on the benefit of the men's experience and guidance. Men are screwed whatever they do, and they are rightly risk managing their own lives, so as not to be in a position where they can be accused of anything, falsely or otherwise. I am responsible for training and mentoring several women and men in Security Management and I will never meet them in person and will only conduct mentoring sessions over a teams call which is recorded so I can never be put in a position where I can be accused of anything or my actions could be misinterpreted. This makes developing healthy work relationships with them hard because there has to be a social aspect to working relationships in order to build trust and a willingness to challenge ideas etc which cannot be achieved through a computer screen.

Who tf raped her😹 that’s where I don’t get wtf Ava talking abt. Now my life is ruined and there’s no proof but I’m either still guilty with no evidence or I’m proven innocent with it still on my record

  4. The Bible is correct again . As someone who lost their virginity at 15 I can’t really talk. But I’m noticing the books old lessons . “Wait until marriage” is probably for multiple reasons . It’s confirms love and intent on a level that is public record. Rape still happens within relationships however the rate at which it happens in couples compared to non couples is monumentally less .

I’m no finatic , in fact I’m a huge sinner with some ugly flaws I’m too embarrassed to tell a therapist . But the book is the way. The wisdom in the Bible’s words transcend even the belief as something individual . It’s what life is all about. The Bible app is free , it’ll speak the Bible to you . Please give it some time . God is more than just some thing up there we can’t interact with , he is in our hearts , soul, and mind. Once you notice him there you’ll never forget. The conversations will start to give you answers .
