I managed to get one bottle of Children's Tylenol here in Canada yesterday for my grandsons. But only one. The government brought in a million bottles but they are all gone already.
If you can go across to Mexico and get all you need but do take a perscription for the Amoxicillin. They will give you enough for a year per person if you need so you only have to go once a year for all you need. Even the anti. so cool. That's their law.
