Mega Man Zero(4/16) – ''Destroy Train''(S-Rank)



I thought I’d try to accomplish something I always thought would be too difficult for me(if my save-assist usage was anything to go by). The task in question is getting and maintaining an average S-Rank throughout each of the four Mega Man Zero games without save-assist. Basically, I can do whatever I want as long as my average amount of points never falls below 96. Any offscreen farming and such will always be mentioned in the description for full transparency. Mods are used, but only visual/audio ones. Mega Man Zero has the ”Mega Man Zero/ZX HD Textures” and ”Remastered Tracks MMZ” mods active.

Note: Triple Rod was obtained grinded to its maximum level in Disposal Center.
The most difficult stage yet… due to the last section with the surprisingly dangerous enemies that can make it hard to not take damage even if you play it safely. Otherwise, it’s nothing sparticularly. In fact, the first half is pretty easy besides the cannons that can hit you(and the wheel guys here are much less dangerous than the ones in Disposal Center). The mini-boss is a joke, just do a reversal charged slash + fully charged Triple Rod to annihilate it every single time. The boss is also super easy(even if I did end up losing a run on it because of me underestimating the pillars). Just charge, charge, charge and attack whenever there’s an opening(of which there is plenty). All in all, while I’d say this stage is more difficult than the previous ones, I’d say it’s still in the ”few tries” ballpark of difficulty.
