  28. A lovely house with amazing indoor living and entertainment areas, great outdoor recreational and exploration venues (with a wealth of precious history) and a very warm and informed owner. Summer looks absolutely ravishing, but is still somewhat of an obscurantist (I believe there is room for greater exposure:). If I had the money, I would still buy that 2.2 acre river-front property in Henley-on-Thames, the 26-acre seafront villa in Porto Rotundo, the penthouses on top of the park in Milan with 400sqm of terraces, the 170-hectare vineyard in Chianti, and the oasis in front of Lago Maggiore, near Stresa.
