Huh, that’s interesting about the work out bit!! I do little workouts, and yeah! I notice a difference about a week into doing so and it’s really nice! But cardio has always been harder for me, maybe because of the results taking longer to show ha. Been meaning to get back to it, but it’s hard in winter, all cold outside lol!
Anyway I think this is a lovely little game!
