OMG!! After all that chaos i would of gotten the largest mug of beer thay had lol
I was there pre covid and it was still shockingly expensive back then. I do not understand the fuss about this place. It is tasty but no where worth what they charge. I had a duck ramen with just shredded duck meat in the broth not pieces like Chinese roast duck and it was $35. We also had a whole branzino fish and it was $75.
even worse is his desert place called Milk Bar. Always a line and I waited in the line at the New York location and no one in our party of 5 understood the fuss their either. Extremely expensive cookies that came sealed in a bag, no fresh cookie smell of flavor. They cook them elsewhere and distribute them. When we bit into the cookies we looked at each other and said we got momofukued again! Congrats on your milestone Danny and thank you for telling it like it is!
