I’ve been playing with this for the past several weeks and good heavens, if I knew how much fun it was to do sweet, iced coffees, I would have bought this a year ago. Wait. I actually did. Heh.
With a Vietnamese #phinfiltercoffee, you want to grind just slightly more coarse as the little holes tend to allow fines through. Also, go for more coffee grinds than you think. This coffee should kick like a donkey and then kiss you with the sweetness of angels all at the same time.
