We will not just describe the production steps, but take you directly into the workshop where everything comes to life.
STEP 1 – MIXTURE
The semi-processed clay is mixed and degassed, obtaining uniform blocks of the same size, ready for the potter’s wheel.
STEP 2 – PROCESSING
The clay is worked by hand on the potter’s wheel, starting with a cast-iron plate that rotates anti-clockwise. The clay is shaped by hand to form the desired vessel, which is then cut and placed on a wooden board.
