Vlad and Math Hoffa discussed the importance of maintaining respect in business relationships. According to Vlad, partner conflicts can often be resolved by understanding that successful working relationships need to be built on mutual respect, not necessarily personal friendship. Math Hoffa agreed, noting that success brings a certain level of comfort that enables one to avoid unnecessary conflict. The interview touched upon the relationship between Dame Dash and Jay-Z. Whilst Vlad speculated that Dash likely wished he was on the same level professionally as Jay-Z, Hoffa thinks Dash would have prioritized their friendship over business. In conclusion, Vlad and Hoffa observed how Nas has been able to navigate past conflicts, even suggesting that he’s ‘the king of putting aside past differences for a greater purpose.’

  1. Math is being dishonest. Let's be real Dame – is a harlem ninja let's be real it's about getting to that bag he has no bags to get to anymore. That's real life. He didn't choose to be broke he just made f***-up decisions because of his ego

  2. I have been following Dame Dash for many years and his biggest mistake was that he started way too many companies at the same time with his bag of money after Roc-A-Fella. That clothing brand CEO, America Nu magazine, Tiret watches, Armadale vodka, DD172 and so on. A real entrepreneur knows that you can never spread your focus over that many start-ups and expect them to be a success. In later years he sold Dusko motor oil, Dusko wine and whiskey. He also did something with American football that also came to nothing.

You can always start something, but the point is that you can turn it into a profitable company that is financially healthy and continues to grow in the long term with the right vision and strategy.

So now he presents himself as some kind of lifestyle guru that he can support financially through the relationships he has created in the past.

So yeah he was in competition with Jay in who will be the most successful after the Roc. And he was trying his best to become a billionaire. And maybe still is, who knows.

  3. The correct answer to the question of how Dame Dash feels would be "VLAD, you need to get Brother Dame Dash on your show and ask him that question face to face because I can't speak on a next man's life"

  4. I never said Dame was not out for financial game, but everybody doesn’t base whatever their financial situation compared to others! Also financial gain doesn’t define the person that you are, but Vlad always makes it a point of emphasis when speaking on people without knowing them or what they true passion is there’s a lot of people don’t hold their financial gang in the same light as others that are viewing it from the outside. Yo my guy I did not make my statement to diminish what other people think or how they may view it so it’s really not a debate at all, maybe the way people view things is from their own lens, so that’s why these are going to be different.

  5. Don't forget 50 cent also let go of alot of his beef too. When he came into the game with dre, he didn't even get along with Snoop. He changed alot and let go alot of his beef. Only Jah rule and his crew remains in constant opposition with him and he will NEVER let that go.

  7. I disagree with Math in this; he compared Dame's possible mentality on his value of money/riches to the one dude who's a fuq'n unicorn. And I mean that in the upmost respect and admiration to 3000. You can't compare 3000 to anyone in the industry. That's a bad comparison.
