  3. WEEEEELLL lets look at the obvious. This COP did a great job of distracting these videographers / reporter from actually filming their objective. Is it better to continue to argue or better to get the "shot" for the camera??? Guess it depends, in this situation, what the END GOAL really entails. ???

  11. Yes this cup cannot be trained. This man has psychological and emotional problems is unstable. And endanger to his fellow officers. You would think they'd want to get him out of there before they all found themselves either involved in some kind of action where they end up getting hurt. Because of his behavior because he won't have your sex, he'll be too busy bothering with somebody on the corner. Or he will cause a major injury or death. And you'll get taken down with him and be looking at prison time. If you won't let him date your sister, you need to get rid of it.

The incident, whatever it was, had concluded, then officer Barisch arrived and decided to create a situation all of his own doing by berating the Auditors on scene by issuing stupid unlawful directives and intimidating them, in the hope he could create a situation where he could justify arresting someone.
    This was extremely poor policing and probably explains why the Chief who was also on scene did not want to engage in a converstion with the Auditors.
    The Tyrant Officer Barisch should have his file pulled and career record investigated for how many times he harmed innocent people with his abusive, disrespectful, aggressive and unlawful actions.
