Extra beef jerky a bottle of Vodka unopened in trunk of car. Camping tent 4 season for snow, or just chill your car. Shovel, tire chains, Extra blankets and water. A cooler with snacks and extra food. 20,000mah power bank. Rechargeable LED camping lights. Power Inverter , at least 150w for 12v jack. If everybody had these simple items or just the Buddy Heater when they broke down and froze to death. They would still be alive today.
