Like I mentioned in the video, I'm still not 100% sure if these being a 100% drop are intended or not, but this is incredibly strong either way. If it's intended, I would still suspect that they would get nerfed at some point.

There's a boss that spawns over and over again drops gear and few dedicated drops too with 4 or more people present
Actually, in Brightwod, there are wolves that need 100 logging and drops tier V loot as well but the life one
