   (1) intimidate or impede a judge, magistrate, juror, witness, or potential juror or witness, arbiter, commissioner, or member of any commission of this State or any other official of any court, in the discharge of his duty as such; or

   (2) destroy, impede, or attempt to obstruct or impede the administration of justice in any court.

Hey you guys should publish the next time you do a mass audit at the City Hall, that way anyone who wants to rob banks and knock over gas stations can take advantage of the fact that the City will send their entire police dept to arrest people with cameras, thus leaving the rest of the town defenseless. What a huge, gross and negligent use of police resources. This city is a bad comedy show.

Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States. Section 241of Title 18 makes it unlawful for two or more persons to agree to injure, threaten, or intimidate a person in the United States in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured by the Constitution or laws of the Unites States or because of his or her having exercised such a right.
