Reading, Pennsylvania (Pronounced Redding) is a city not too far, by American standards, from Philadelphia – I'm so glad you noticed that a few of us hoped you'll get a chance to explore Pa Dutch foods! I look forward to you trying some of the foods I grew up with. A little different than the southern foods I know you love, but still yummy! I had to laugh when you mentioned scrapple! It might be hard to get in the UK, most of America doesn't even know about it as it's only popular in this small area of Pa and some of the surrounding states. My favorite way to eat it is beside pancakes and covered with syrup.

  16. Have you thought about having an American Thanksgiving celebration dinner complete with a smoked turkey and all the traditional fixings?
    It’s on the third Thursday in November.
    That would be a fun video.
    A Christmas video with a smoked prime rib roast or other smoked meat would also be fun.
