This was I believe around the time Disney acquired Marvel? I used to know a guy at Diamond distributors and we were talking about Marvel Zombies. I asked about their Zombie Magneto and Sabretooth and wanted to know what else they were going to make (they didn’t make anything else). He told me that Disney put a block on any further representations of Marvel heroes as zombies. But the villains could still be shown like that. Which explains a few of the sparse zombies merch we saw back then. Like the blind box “cutesy” zombie villains. Anyway they started getting more (I want to say desperate for money but I won’t), OPEN MINDED about the IP and started allowing heroes to be zombified again in the stories.
They’re mixing too many types of zombies together. Regular zombies don’t eat brains or even talk and the ones that do eat brains and only brains are unkillable smart and fast. They don’t spread the virus by bites. Still cool video though
