Welcome to the Mars Colony Commander, This map is all about survival, so put your man pants on and lets get started!

Features:
– 1 Farmland.
– 15 Fields.
– 3 Factories
– 1 Sellpoint
– Only New Farmer mode supported in the map, the others are irrelevant.
– Use the Export To Earth Port to sell your products and fruit to Earth and the Colony Food Storage for storing your fruit for the Colony.
– To win the game you need to terraform Mars atmosphere in 20 Years. To achieve this you have to plant 10000 trees, have 20 Large Bee hives, 160 Cows, 720 Chicken, 195 Sheep, 540 Pigs and 800 000 Liters each of any 6 Crops in your Storage Bins.

Potatoes will do well… but you’re gonna need lots of man-ure!

interesting fun concept. The lack of Olympus Mons or ant feature outside of the dome is disappointing. The lack of vehicles using Electric or Methan to fuel and run vehicles is missing. At least have an option to purchase RTG cells to run the farm equipment. But that would require modified vehicles. The export to earth would be more interesting if the map mapper had an outside area with a Venture Star Class ship to pick up a cargo pod. but copyright issues. These are just my options that could make this map a little more interesting.

Do you need to plant all 10k trees at the same time to achieve the target? Or get to the target by constantly replanting after harvesting the trees?

I won't do the challenges but I like the different style of map and will give it a try.

But for console players, the issues are a bit different. I'm a pc player, so it's easier for us to have more possibilities

I will definitely give it a try. But we need more than root crops to survive on mars

THERE IS A PRETTY SERIOUS GLITCH ON THIS MAP. I WENT TO EMPTY THE SUGAR BEETS ABOUT 2 HOURS AGO, ABOUT MAYB 30 K LITERS AND IT'S STILL DUMPING. SO FAR I HAVE ABOUT 2 MILLION DOLLARS FRO M IT.

I am currently working on the Mars challenge, I have plowed, limed, fert, seeded, & rolled all the fields. I have planted 8,000 trees so far, 4,000 of them were on the upper level, 2,000 Willow & 2,000 Spruce. I plowed up small strips near the lumber yard and have setup a tree farm, with 1,000 Shagbark Hickory, 1,000 Pine, 1,000 Birch & 1,000 Oak trees so far. I am planning on planting Cypress & American Elm 1k of each to finish that portion of the challenge. I want to get the trees up first as I feel its the top priority of the list. I have saved and returned with out issue, so far. good luck to all that try this crazy challenge, I feel like Johnny Apple seed!

I just installed this map and when I opened it, there is no dome over it. Am I missing something? Is there an initial step to construct the dome?

Trees planted are always recorded. So you can plant 100 then cut down 100. So, I’m sure you don’t need 10k trees at once. The map is so poorly rated, I’ll pass. Cool concept, poor execution.
