Mars is not a micro gravity environment. It's gravity is something like 2/3s of Earth's and we've all weighed 2/3s of our current weight in the past. Some people weigh 2/3s or less of other people, so I doubt less grabity on mars would be a problem. In fact, with everything weighing leas on mars, we might be more inclined to do work, like carrying things around or climbing stairs more, instead of waiting for that elevator.
Completely pointless to send humans to die on a worthless, gigantic wasteland. Three plagues humans will bring if any survive: Crime, war and far worse, religion!
