We’re obsessed with this Mars Overnight Oats recipe!
INGREDIENTS
Oats base:
2 tbsp @Tropeaka Chocolate Lean Protein
¼ cup yoghurt
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup oats
Caramel:
1 tbsp maple syrup
1.5 tbsp melted biscoff or almond butter
Ganache:
4 squares of milk choc
2 tbsp yoghurt
½ tbsp milk
METHOD
1. In a large bowl, add all ingredients for the oats base and mix together. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes to thicken.
2. Melt the biscoff in the microwave for 30 seconds, set this aside and mix in maple syrup. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top of the oats.
3. Melt your chocolate then add milk and mix in yoghurt.
4. Top the middle of the oats over the caramel. Place in the fridge overnight and enjoy! 😍
