State troopers in Vermont say when they tried to arrest a man, his dad tried to attack them with an excavator machine. The state police say two troopers went to arrest Brandon Tallman, 24, after he allegedly had an altercation with his neighbor. But as they attempted to handcuff Tallman, the troopers say his mother tried to stop them and then his father maneuvered his excavator’s bucket near the troopers and their vehicles, causing them to retreat. As nice as it is that they tried to help eachother, you should never resist an officer and just go through due process, resisting will only add charges or actually give you charges you didn’t have.

Hold on now, the dad should get a year off with pay while this is investigated and it looks like the cops pulled mom to them. Who you gonna believe…me or the video. 😮video doesn’t trump the cops words.
