  1. She know he guilty AF. His trash can is filled with other people's purses, wallets, credit cards. He a thief! He shouldn't be stealin other people's things that they work hard for. I'm a black woman myself and she need some class

  2. As a veteran the brother and sister were in the wrong. Army dude literally gave him a chance and told him “ bro if you just give me my bag i wont call the police… i just need my papers”

He lied … his sister a dummy. As a older sibling i would have literally said “ GIVE HIM THE BACKPACK B4 I BEAT YOUR A*” lol Both of them exactly where they are supposed to be lol. Idiotz

  3. The sister may have bluster, but she did a good job of keeping the cops on their toes. Unfortunately, she let it escalate instead of letting it diffuse by telling the brother to hand the bag over. When it all went bad, her advocacy looks complicit, especially in trying to defend the evidence they got from the garbage.

  4. They basically just folded. The police can't enter your home or go through your trash without a search warrant;if they lawyer up, it will get thrown out if they have good lawyers and a lawsuit is on the police force hands. As they always say, dont say anything. I wouldn't have even opened the door. when yall gone learn-lol

  5. in certain states if there is probable cause that evidence would be destroyed on a active investigation which is this guys stolen backpack with a airtag in it then they have the right to enter the home and do a search

  6. Apple air tag being tracked to that location gave them probable cause to search the trash can because they were trying to locate it however when the guy opened the door and the weed odor came out gave them probable cause to detain the people in the house to get a search warrant and the woman was acting erratic and threatening manners I don't see any violation of the law that they have done

  7. the airtag ping at the house gave probable cause for them to search trash cans. at the time of this weed was, and possibly still could be, illegal. the first time they went into the house they were clearing to make sure nobody else was in there not searching. much love, God bless❤️

  9. Come on now…they have stolen it and the police has all the rights to do a search. If they are waiting for a warrant to search for the bag…they would defo get the bag and hide it lmao. Why are you trying to act like she is not trying to cover them up and buy some time whilst they are hiding the bag somewhere…Please, don’t be bias.
