  1. Obviously the guy was trying to get arrested and now he got what he wanted. He'll probably go to out patient care and get funds from the state. then he'll escape and be back on the streets. No biggie for him. And I bet you it was a hate crime also. you get what you vote for over in that state. it all adds up. the little pass here on the drugs. the little pass there on the crime. adds up to normal people dying
