  2. Obviously the individual taking the TEN DOLLARS was not the owner of the station who knew that he could not have a paid parking area without a LICENSE in the city and the Owner had the van towed and if you watch the video the driver of the tow truck was defending himself from obvious assault by the individual grabbing his arm and when you're a tow truck driver in the city it's not uncommon for people to try and assault Tow truck drivers that are towing vehicles.

  3. Why do you guys interview and post stupid people? There are plenty of decent people who feel the pain. Why post the stupid ones?

Guy was parked there and shouldnโ€™t have. Tow truck was called to move it.

Gas station owner isnโ€™t responsible for some crazy tow truck driver.

  4. I drove tow trucks for over 40 years and I've been in fights numerous times but I would never hit someone unless I was attacked and NEVER an elderly person. The driver should be facing murder charges. Its easier to calm down the situation than fight to make money in what I call predatory towing

  5. tow truck driver already out on bail with coffee and sandwich money ? or are they going to start keeping felons behind bars again? you know that whole let's keep violent offenders off the streets thing. or play politics and say it's racist to imprison felons.

  6. Some ignorant old man attacks someone doing their job. And we are supposed to feel bad for them. Yalls community needs some serious introspective. Stop attacking people and beating your loved ones cause they arent doing what you want them to.

  7. While it's horrible that this man lost his life the tower didn't intentionally kill him. As for the people who want the store shut down and the tower prosecuted for murder, don't you think it's ironic? The people at the vigil are up in arms and yet black on black crime happens far more often than any other race. We rarely see the black community publicly outraged when violent crimes are committed against one another. Y'all need to work on yourselves.

  8. A well liked man who was like a family member who had an extensive criminal record with multiple felony offenses. I also heard on another report that he DIDN'T pay the $10 fee and that is why the tow truck was called we'll see…

  9. According to her logic of "this gas station shouldn't exist if people are dying here" means there should be no black people and no hood.. Because blacks are the one's killing other blacks.. Not the gas station. I agree with her.

  11. That could be considered strong arm robbery and murder. As a tow truck driver, you have to give the person a chance to pay to get their car off the truck, a fee that is usually half of the fee that would be assessed if you have to get the vehicle from a tow lot. Tow truck drivers often are very unprofessional and unpleasant when it comes to handling things like this
