The vendor guy was already leaning his weight forward and against the table with his arms. He looked like he was feeling ill before the patch was applied. I'm watching this thinking he probably told the other guy that he was feeling weak. And, the other guy probably told him he could help him by putting the patch on his back.
I think it was probably just a coincidence that the vendor fainted right after the other guy applied the patch onto him. The patting that he kept doing on his back probably didn't help any. If someone feels like fainting or vomiting the last thing they want is someone to be constantly patting them. It makes it worse, advances it.
The fact that he's smiling he is a fool.

making it look like he was the cause of this
when in fact the other guy just didn't feel well.
Crazy story, He was showing the gentleman that his kids too can have such power if they join his Martial Arts Class.
Nah, that dude is just setting up a lawsuit. Those are common in China. That's why the guy got up as soon as they removed the patch (because there was nothing wrong with him). They found no coma- causing substances in the patch because there were not any. Look up China and lawsuits, and you will see what I mean.
