BTW the gold coins were stolen from European countries, and sold on the black market in USA..the one who bought it must've buried it in the yard and then died probably or rather was killed, because gold treasures always bring bad luck, they are cursed !! i don't envy those who found it buried in the yard … who knows what will happen to them in the near future..

Yea, we once found an eastern grey kangaroo in our back yard, he seemed a little frightened so we opened the front gate and he casually hopped thru to the street, then hopped off down the street, probably looking for his mob. This is not that unusual in outer suburbs of Sydney. It only happened once so it was a bit of fun at the time, we didn't threaten it and it didn't threaten us, just humans acting responsible with the local wild animals. Respect their space and they will respect yours, they seem to known when you are trying to help just keep your distance and keep your cool. Same rules apply to red belly black snakes, although deadly, you give them a chance to escape and keep a safe distance away and they will usually leave you alone and leave the area. If not call a snake catcher, if there is no time for that and it gets aggressive then you must use a shovel and decapitate it. The only situation where you can do so, as they are protected by law. My advice is to bury the snake and don't tell the authorities, saves an investigation happening. If it is a brown snake, run, throw the cat at it as it will delay the snake, and the cats reaction time is much faster than the snake and it will survive. Then call the snake catcher for sure, the eastern brown is one of the most deadly snakes in the world and has a bad attitude. Hint; If you live near bushland do not take up chicken farming as it attracts all the snakes in the area. With flying foxes, you can't really do much, they won't harm you, but might poop on your car, they are nocturnal and if you get a good look at one in fully flight, they look like they belong in a vampire movie, they are huge. They don't always stay in the same area and tend to migrate around, not really a problem. Magpie swooping is a problem in the mating season, however if they recognize you as a local they will lease you alone. Except if you have been nasty to them, they will remember you (bad luck for you) also they seem to pass on your identification to their young and for generations. Be kind to your local wild life, there is a good chance you may have some memorable pleasant experiences with them. I have heard many stories about kookaburras developing strong bonds with humans, which is a great advantage for us humans in the outer suburbs, as their main food is snakes.
