A 34-year-old man has been arrested after a man and a woman were killed in a drive-by shooting in the Del Paso Heights area earlier this week, Sacramento police said. Durbin Paguada-Vasquez was taken into custody in North Highlands on Thursday and booked into the Sacramento County jail on two counts of homicide.
