Could the decoys be launched truly mixed in with LRASMs / Strom shadows? I mean, could the same plane carry both at the same time? Maybe the F15 could manage 2 LRASMs and 10 MALDs, judging from what we have seen here… That would explain why the SAM cant just let the decoys go…

I would like to point out, S-400’s do not turn off their radar. They are equipped with IFF, and such systems have been in use since WW2, so not sure where you heard that from. Also, Russia’s aircraft are specifically designed to operate within their SAM net, making it a much more powerful defensive package. So, not sure where people got this idea from.
My question is whether mald can take evasive maneuvers.
It feels like the Radar on the missiles just refuses to track the Raptor…I'm not convinced that's realistic. If these missiles can track and hit Cruise missiles or drones with tiny RCS then why does a Raptor force it to lose track only at the closer ranges. I appreciate Radar returns at longer ranges for the F-22 and F-35 are greatly reduced but at closer ranges they can be detected and engaged.
