Malaysia expected to announce more initiatives to woo high-tech investments in upcoming budget

Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, who is also the country’s Finance Minister, is expected to announce more initiatives to attract high-tech investment when he tables budget 2024 in parliament on Friday (Oct 13). Since he came to power last November, Mr Anwar has been the country’s number one salesman, wooing global investors to invest in high-growth, high-value sectors. Malaysia aims to become one of the world’s top 30 largest economies by 2030 and top 12 in terms of ease of doing business. CNA’s Melissa Goh reports.

  1. I'm wondering why the US never ask Malaysia to stop dealing with China. For example, by telling or warning Malaysia that if they use the Chinese Huawei 5G telecom system in their country, the Chinese might be able to spy on them and can listen in to all their government's official calls or if Malaysia let China build infrastructures, high speed railways, new airports or seaports, Malaysia will fall into China's debt trap.
Question is, do the US still think that they can control all the countries in the world and all the countries must to listen to their BS ? 😆 🤣

  2. Thanks for the update and keep doing what you do. In my opinion, the recession has already happened. The Labor data is completely nonsensical and people figuring out how to survive without working the same way they have historically. So much money on the sidelines matching up with the last year of pain will drive equity markets higher, People are starting to realize the value of their equity of choice is too good to pass up. For me, that is BTC and ETH. If they hold above the Bull Market support band, (currently is) over the next few weeks everyone's view will flip bullish professional Eunice Berthold has been my advisor/trader.

  3. Malaysia- Foreign investments ,foreign factories etc means factories already built n in operation .

I am not interested in MOUs ,press statements on foreign investnents- Useless !

**Malaysian Malaysia *" a good concept for all Malaysians rejected by the majority ,racists ,extremists ,terrorists etc .

    **A Malay Malaysia*" already failed after 50 years – (1970 -2022)
Results of a failed *Malay Malaysia* after 50 years are as follows :
a- Rampant Corruption from top to bottom ,
Former Pms found guilty of stealing ,corrupt practices etc
    b- Debt – Rm 1.5 trillion
c- Lost/stolen – Rm 4.5 trillion tthrough corruption ,close tenders etc
d- Nearly most govt policies failed .
e- Govt agencies nit manage well .

The Brilliant Lee Kuan yew predicted ,anticipated that **A Malay. Malaysia *" will fail 50 years ago due to racism ,racist policies .

"The Malay Majority controlling Malaysia is Not the Problem *
The problem is the **Top Malay Elite ,supported by the corrupt Chinese Indian ,Elite who abuse power to mismanage country .

  4. They made this announcement a few months ago with support from me (and probably others, in view of carbon-tax, climate-change, excuses to – flick off the toxic big-tech from parasite host-countries).

  5. The Malays and Malaysia think too highly of themselves but the reality is that Malaysians are relatively poorer than Singapore by a wide margin. I think the GOVERNMENT and RELIGION are the main obstacles. LESS of both will help. They should really not HINDER economic development.
