Chicken Rice A Roni Meal
1 box chicken flavor Rice-A-Roni
1 (10.75-oz) can cream of chicken soup
½ cup sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
4 -oz cream cheese, room temperature
4 cups cooked chopped chicken
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 (3-oz) can French fried onions

Beef Rice A Roni
1 lb lean ground beef
1 (6.8-oz) box Beef Rice-A-Roni
1 (10.5-oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 (6-oz) container French fried onions

Taco Rice A Roni
1 (10.75-oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 (8-oz) container sour cream
1 (15-oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
1¼ lb ground beef
1 (1-oz) packet taco seasoning
¼ cup water
½ cup salsa
1 (6.8-oz) box Spanish rice Rice-A-Roni
2 Tbsp butter
2 cups water
1 (14.5-oz) can diced tomatoes

  18. I’ve always have riceoroni on hand add a little extra water or broth and some meat and you have your main entree. These are also easy for those new college students and those kids moving out on their own.
