In Puerto Rico, power is slowly coming back on after the island was slammed by Hurricane Fiona this week. The powerful Category 1 storm continues to generate heavy rainfall and flash flooding even as it heads away from the Caribbean. It’s just the latest in a series of disasters for Puerto Rico as Tuesday marks the five-year anniversary of Hurricane Maria’s landfall. Lead national correspondent David Begnaud reports from Toa Baja.

  8. Then Jesus said to the crowds and to his disciples:"The teachers of the law and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat.
    So you must be careful to do everything they tell you.
    But do not do what they do,
    for they do not practice what they preach.

    They tie up heavy cumbersome loads and put them on other people’s shoulders,
    but they themselves are not willing to lift a finger to move them.
    Everything they do is done for people to see:

    For if you forgive other people when they sin against you,
    your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
    But if you do not forgive others their sins,
    your Father will not forgive your sins.

    REPENT, and start doing what is right.
    If you abide my teachings, you are really my disciples;
    then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.

    Yet a time is coming and has now come
    when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in Truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks.
    GOD IS SPIRIT, so his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in Truth.

    In the New Heaven and the New Earth,
    only Righteousness dwells.
    May the Spirit of our Lord Jesus Christ our God be with you all.

  10. Please pray for the safety of the people of our fellow friends in Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Turks and Caicos Islands Jesus is coming back, please repent daily and seek God. Send money to American Red Cross and World Citizen Kitchen who feeds these people. Please pray for their safety and power restored quickly.
