  5. Thanks Mitch! Just subscribed! Loved the fact you are so thorough! My family and I do go on numerous road trips a year and it’s nice to see an overview on what we’d be seeing on our way thru the states. I’m in SE Wisconsin, and a huge snow fan—well, all 4 seasons, but bc we haven’t had a lot of snow until recently, I want the ‘big’ stuff….and now looks dim on this storm for us 😢 I’m hoping it shifts just a bit north so I can get more than 5” of snow 😂😊. Hope your girls have a speedy recovery! 🥰🥰

  6. You're the only weatherman that can put out a 45 minute video that I would gladly sit through the entirety of it, seriously this was absolute gold for weather nerds!

  8. Yeah I don't know what people have been telling you but don't shorten up the videos. I love listening to all of your videos in detail. I live in Dallas-Fort Worth but the weather combinations throughout the nation are interesting to hear about and how they affect where I live.

  9. I heard this study done at Northern IL. University with nighttime tornadoes they are twice as deadly27%occur 39% total deaths// 42% of killer tornadoes are nocturnal with highest fatality rates in winter spring transition.// at night they are difficult to see so very dependent on doppler radars// night time tornadoes very common Arkansaw,Kentucky and Tennessee. Remember any state can have nighttime Tornadoes. Have a way to receive weather alerts when your sleeping like a NOAA weather radio which are very reasonable in price to save lives. Hey Mitch thank you for the in depth video on this threat. In prayer for your daughter with a speedy recovery🙏 be safe everyone and spread the word. God bless

  10. Cold wave headed towards the US next week all the way to the South. Sounds great, eh? Not so fast. As with the past 20 or 21 storms this "winter", when the cold air arrives, the moisture leaves. And of course, when the moisture arrives, so does the warm weather. Will be that way so don't expect more than an inch for the MA this winter and the first few weeks of spring.

  12. Mitch .. I could watch your videos and get weather related info. which is needed. I watch because you explain the models, you explain why you should expect a certain weather event. you explain why it happens or why it could happen .. you don't get that on other channels …keep it up man .. prayers for your daughter, all will be well in the long run
