It seems to me that law and kid are both going to join luffy’s crew. Both their ships got destroyed and both of their 1st commanders are still alive. The only difference is kid and killer probably got spared and Bepo and Law have to run away I’m guess Bepo can swim to the next nearest Island most likely and luffy has his ship. Elbalf is in the middle so most like the 3 get reunited with Luffy the only one with his ship and maybe most his crew but maybe luffy loses or gets someone from his crew kidnapped and needs a reason to team up too

It is pretty obvious Aokiji is part of SWORD based on Garp's reaction (a reaction of "I get it. You are really playing your infiltration role seriously"). Also, from the One Piece Film Z, we learned Aokiji lost his leg in his fight with Akainu which is now confirmed as canon in the chapter. In addition, the film also has Z, who hates pirates, was aware Kuzan is one but doesn't attack him. Z hates and kills pirates straight away but it is likely he didn't attack Kuzan, knowing Kuzan is an undercover SWORD agent infiltrating the Blackbeard Pirates.
