You're doing something wrong if you are struggling with returns especially on A(not using full reference cuz youtube has ben ghosting comments referring to marketplaces….)… But, some of these online retailers are even , no advertised obviously, but allowing customers to keep products and giving refunds….there are cost involved with the whole returns process and it's cheaper to just let the customer keep the defective product, than to deal with shipping costs, labels, payroll, re stocking, warehousing some used to re sell to 3rd party resellers to re coup costs, some- and i think this is the way of the future..charge a re stocking fee…or you gotta pay / be a member up front for the privilege of being able to make returns.
In your case, you say you never even received a product. It should be as easy as going into your orders and on the right side either a drop down menu or link to returns. Clicking that, provides a list of criteria as to why you are requesting a return… select never received, if tracking show delivered add in the notes you live in a high traffic area prone to mail theft or dispute the delivery image that it doesn't compare to previous one or isn't correct location. At that point either you'll get a message the return will be processed to original method of payment or as credit. Otherwise you'll get a link to chat with customer service which you double down on the living in a high traffic area and it's possible the package got stolen..or if the image is different than others… state they delivered to the wrong place(i've had packages left in the most random spots)…
If you still don't find resolution, then eff them… don't do anything harsh like cancel your account- you'll regret this…or make threats to customer service. Really regret that…. just let the transaction be and go to your online banking. Better call them up and start a charge back for goods not received. Bit longer process, chargebacks can take upto 90 days to see a refund..but hey, you'll have the situation resolved.
