  1. You sillies! Glad you enjoyed opening the box! I am SO mad about that disco ball magnet, it was pictured as if it was an actual half a little disco ball, not a flat picture of one…grumble grumble. Slap a better pic on it, maybe, of the dogs.
Is it true that if you just add batteries to your system that they should all be the same, and same age? That the older ones suck the life out of the newer ones, or some such rumors?
Say, isn't the microwave using your battery power just being plugged in? I always unplug my Galanz microwave when not in use (they make a tough wonderful product, surprisingly). Your fridge and micro are so sweet looking, and I just HAVE to remember to order those fridge locks, they look so much easier to use than childproof things. Yummy first dinner in the Lenny!!! Congrats on another first!!
I've been using flavored drops made with monk fruit or stevia instead of sugar in my coffee or to jazz up water. So many flavors to choose from (but you have to make sure they don't add weird chemical sweeteners to even those, though, sigh fuss fuss) like pineapple, coconut, chocolate, berry, cola, creme brulee, hazelnut, lemon drop, etc. I find the little bottles they come in save room over buying a lot of cans, and of course, RV life is all about saving room. (Brands that have tasted good so far: Now, Amata, and Sweet Leaf if you're interested in trying them sometime). I will look into those I.V. drops….are they on your Amazon page?

  2. Quite the parcel with such an amazing array of gifts. Gypsy should market herself as a gift adviser/shopper/coordinator for those that haven't a clue. I was wondering how you two were going to cook all that food you loaded up on the other day. I'm glad the solar is humming along as I remember you being concerned about loading up on perishables and then the fridge looses power. Nice to see the microwave came in. Have fun decorating.

  3. Easiest way to calibrate that shunt that I’ve found (not a practical way for you), run your batteries down to zero when all your power completely shuts off, then tell the shunt that “X voltage is 0%.” Full charge the batteries and say “X voltage is 100%.” Hope that makes sense 😂

  4. For someone with autoimmune issues, sugar is probably the worst thing you can consume.
I have a friend that was an alcoholic. Alcohol is "addictive" and difficult to quit. He is however no longer an alcoholic. He lost about 80lbs,has no functioning liver, and probably won't live out the year.
There are plenty of options for drinks without sugar to quench your craving.
On another note, the first meal looked great!
Gypsy is so sweet and thoughtful.

  5. First, nice gift haul! Next, I'm going to go off the rails and ask if you have used your new toilet yet? That kind of deal is new to me and wondered if you had any regrets? You have not talked about any issues with it and think maybe you guys might be avoiding it since you have a nice routine that allows you to only use it if you have to? Anyway, its weird to ask but I wondered if it is working as expected.
