If they truly offered support, the following incidents suggest otherwise: Why did Princess Kate try to bully the Duchess about what Princess Charlotte, the flower girl, wore at her wedding to Prince Harry? Also, why did Princess Kate, as a family guest, choose to wear white at that wedding? Furthermore, wasn’t it Princess Kate who stated, "It wasn't her recollection," in response to allegations about someone questioning Prince Archie's complexion?
If these actions are considered supportive, then Duchess Meghan should feel fortunate for the lack of support she received.
Interestingly, they have also included the Duchess of Edinburgh in this discussion while attempting to paint her as offering support to Duchess Meghan. That's very suspicious, and the timing, as you've stated, Lawrence, is strategic to preserve her standing in the Royal Family.
The Royal Family is once again struggling with its public relations efforts, trying to find a successful strategy that does not involve the Sussexes, relying solely on the merits of the Royal Family itself.
