  1. This summer I had the same problem going to Burger King to get a small cup of ice cream for my dog I was out machine was broken so I went to another drive-through. They didn’t have any ice cream machine is broken and this younger generation they don’t think that they have to give you a receipt for what you buy And that’s a bunch of bull crap I love your taco it is so so cute. Maybe you can find a salad bowl and show us that one too that little be so cute. I love your outfit I would totally wear that but I agree with you that if an establishment runs out of ice, they need to go buy some myself I probably would’ve driven someplace else and told them to just forget the whole order. That’s how I work.

  2. You know viv, your Wendy’s story needs to get to Dave…. I would not let that information get lost in the inner circle. The owners want that kind of information. It helps them decide on how to manage that restaurant to keep it profitable. It becomes a trainable moment. They can look at how and why that could happen an become a trainable moment to empower managers.😊

  3. Love Snowbird Mountain Coffee! So good and they roast the beans themselves at another location. They also have a brick n mortar store in Morristown. They are opening a second location over kinda near Roscoe’s that’s a coffee shop and they are partners in the new ice cream shop in town! Have you tried a float?? So good! The Creamery on Broadway is the name of it.
Glad the Wendy’s thing got resolved. You’re right… you do what your customer wants especially when it’s things that you’re supposed to have.

  4. I hope you went to the manager that day and I would've called corporate and made a complaint about that store but I'm glad they treated you well the next day. There's no reason to run out a chili order. Ran out of ice when you were a restaurant. My brothers been in the restaurant business for about 35 years and he would never do that to a customer.
