  1. This is going to be very interesting testing. Co2 vs PCP & short vs long barrel!! Thanks for taking your time & dollars to do this. Hope bad weather hasn't caused too many issues. 🙏 👍

  2. Btw! If you buy the steel breech, make sure you have or buy a two piece bolt! Unknown to me the base 2240 comes with a one piece pressed together bolt assembly that won’t work in the steel breech! So now my build is back on hold until I can get a two piece bolt!🤦‍♂️

  3. GM Nib! You're into the builds as bad as most! After one 1322 build being over $270. I learned I was better off just being a companies pumper rifle! Like the Seneca Dragonfly II or even the Crosman 362 and adding just a steel breech! It is funny creating your own build. Just awfully expensive! LOL

  4. Thanks for posting. I am very interested in the 2240's CO2 v. PCP shot count. Also, surprised the PCP conversion only goes to 2400 psi as most PCP guns are 20+ percent higher. Are the stock 2240 components the limiting factor?? And one last thing if you happen to know, what's the approximate psi for a Crosman pump pistol/rifle at the recommended 8-10 pumps?? Thanks again for posting.

  5. Some people convert those Crossman CO2 pistols to PCP and the bottle becomes the stock. The PCP conversion is pretty powerful shooting the pellets out at about 800 FPS in .177.I don't know how easy it is to do or how safe I'd always be afraid the air bottle could blow up probably with fatal results!

  6. Super excited for your up coming builds. I adore the 13XX line. Accurate cheap gun out of the box but so very neat how you can make it into anything you want if you are willing to spend the money. Most expensive cheap gun ever made. I have gone down the modification rabbit hole myself and don’t regret it. It’s like building a personal hot rod car. Keep up the fantastic content. God bless

  7. nice mods Nibs, looking very solo blasterish 🙂 , if you have a tap and die you can recycle that old bolt and if you get to feeling ambitious you can tap a small hole in that for an extended probe , couple videos of guys doing it out there.
