  1. I have suffered with the worst tennis elbow. From heavy lifting.
I agree with your Doctor. I think one of the best things you can do is take a good NSAID. I personally think Celebrex is the best but even taking ibuprofen regularly will help a lot.
I personally would take them as your doc advised as from person experience that’s all that helped. Lastly giving it a little of rest.

  2. Wow, I wish I had seen this video months ago. I have been suffering from a tennis elbow from photography since last summer and couldn't lift a camera and edit photos for months… Now starting to go slightly better after many sessions of physio with choc treatments and squizzing/lifting exercises but the pain is still there (4/10 I would say). I am curious to try the knee patches as I can't stand the arm bands. Maybe something else I could recommend and that you didn't mention was to switch my regular mouse for photo editing with a vertical one. I tried several ones and the brand Trust fits the best in my hand. I am also always resting my forearms on wrist pads (long, thick and soft ones) when typing, that relieves the pain a lot. Thanks for your good tips and all the best!

  3. Iv had it for the last 2 months wow it’s pain in the start
The ligaments and tendons don’t get any direct blood flow so the massaging tends to work the best because it helps supply and take away blood from the affected area👍🏼

  4. Thanks for sharing this! My elbow got much worse last year due to a lot of handheld camera work and bouldering, for a month or 2 I was completely out and couldn't lift stuff. Now it gor better with some massages and exercises but will def give the homeo, patches and butter knife a try! 🙂

  5. Had the same issue .. I did a lot of stretching and painful strong massage on the inflamed bands and points. Had the problems for one year but with these technichques my arm recovered in 1-2 months.
