The last mail-away I sent off for was a GI Joe Crimson Guard with removable helmet in the early 00s. I never got it while every scalper SOB managed to get what seemed like 20 of them to sell for BS prices on Ebay. I didn't even get a refund for the money sent.
Boba Fett, Bossk, Hooded Cobra Commander, & Duke – seems like there were more but that's probably because you had to wait weeks and weeks for them to arrive
I always wanted Mumra and Clark Kent. I had the Steel Brigade figure. There were about 3-4 variants of that one. You could name your own figure and get a personalized file card. I felt like I had to match the name with the character traits.
Mumrah the ever living. There is a Marxist read on Thundercats where Mumrah represents the proletariat, repelling the onslaught of the invading force of feudal capitalism, in the form of the Thundercats.
I have the G.I. Joe figure, it was a figure based on "you", meaning you answer a few questions, give it a code name and you get a personalized profile sheet with the figure. There is a rarer Cobra version, which I also still have, that one was a lot cooler making a profile for.
Emperor Dark looks like the dad of Gwildor from the live-action He-man movie.

I think that GI joe was designed to represent the qualities of each kid who mailed away for him. You filled out a form to say his skills
Good Stuff
These figures are unique & interesring.
Emperor Dark. The main villain of Starcom and a mail Away.
The shadow force needs its boss.
That's the mellow way to collect.
I've been wanting to order the Clark Kent figure.
It's really hard to find a hooded Cobra Commander that has all the gold paint on his uniform intact.
The head on The Punisher definitely does look like a guy from the 1950s.
"Billy, did you clean your room?
Then you will be PUNISHED!" 🙂
Don’t disrespect Mum-rah the ever living!

That was a late night.
