mannn i messed it all up and my and yellow candles are missing? do they not respawn? i cant find them anywhere

You don't always place two candles in each year. I just got past this part and had to skirt around laughing boy in 51 to place all but the green candle. It was the only candle I placed in 87.
I think I screwed this up but can't figure out how to go back and grab my candles because of the creep in 1951
