My sons name is also Virt!
😆 fix the economy!!. Doom music kicks in
So…basically, Darkest Dungeons of Might and Magic in Ancient Rome
Great Job honestly for a single developer. Loved it.
I dunno man, I'd say opening a hell gate is usually pretty ideal for the hell spawn 🙂
very Ishar'ish 😉
Seems very bare bones. There is a visible lack of meat and polish on these bones.
The basic concepts all seems to be there, but its far from finished and will require lot of work before this can be considered a viable product worth money.
Looks something I could spend alot of time on when it comes out fully.
splat, have you played fear & hunger? i can't find it on your channel
I'm beginning to like games with more simple numbers.
Pov you get paid to play so you make any trash "fun"
Spat, please check out "yet another zombie survivors" demo
not giving your guy the better shield or explaining why youre not doing it gave me anxiety lol
I'm sorry, but when it comes to 'suspension of disbelief' in this game, I cant. I just cant. Its just too goofy.
I dig the idea of fantasy ancient Rome. We need more things like that.
i like turn based party rpg…look forward to this game
Everyone keeps saying this reminds them of Eye of the Beholder. Me, I'm reminded of an even older first person dungeon crawler: Dungeon Master.
Is it not pronounced "Mer-/Mill/-Oh"? With "mill" being the stressed syllable.
Iron Age+ really… Bronze Age was more ancient Greece than Rome… The Romans had only the city of Rome in the Bronze Age, and were more Greek than Roman at that time. It wasn't until much later that Rome began to expand… Also, the majority of Roman weaponry and armor were stolen from their Celtic enemies, who were master Iron smiths…
On the character creation: what I would actually want to see is limited stat rerolls, so you can't just grind for optimized stats. Makes the stat qualified classes more meaningful, and preserves the old school feel. If you give people endless rerolls, they're going to use them, along with the associated waste of their time… And defeating the point of having elite classes gated by stats. Notably though this is not a problem unique to this game, it's inherited bullshit from the earliest dungeon crawler titles.
I thought it was going to be a cool hardcore gladiator sim, instead its some weird grid RPG lol
