Ludicrous Symphony of War – The Nephilim Saga – Episode 18

Campaigns as voted for by you! This time I’m challenging a game that is some sort of Soul Nomad clone, prehaps no bad thing as Soul Nomad is one of my favourite games of all time…

  1. Diana with the 33% chance of double turn relic ended up near reaching the enemy castle in two turns in my playthrough. Early to mid game she alone is capable of cleaning out most of of the map by herself if you give her a single Sorcererss. I highly suggest equipping your assault units with that spellcaster, the upgrade path I think is Healer>Siren>Sorceress. The unit's thing is stunning enemy ranks occasionally, and inflicting daze which dramatically cuts down enemy attack power. A unit of a healer, oracle, black mage, Diana and champions was crushing anything in its path and no enemy could infllict significant damage over end turn to it even with healing potency and magic damage diminishing returns applied provided you used a defense stratagem over end turn. The game never tells you, but the stratagems are unlocked in the middle tree and I consider them an absolutely crucial component of a high difficulty run.
