  1. Not related to the video but does anyone thing that the spirit in Majorca mask is essentially a child? I mean the Kids in the moon are literally children, and “majora’s incarnation” is childlike, dancing and running around, and looks like it’s from monsters inc.

  2. My half-baked theory is that the Gorons were originally supposed to inhabit Dragon Roost Island, while the Rito would've inhabited Greatfish Island. But after the Greatfish Island dungeon got cut, they decided to put the Rito on Dragon Roost while reducing the Gorons to trading quest side characters. I mean, it makes too much sense. An island littered with bomb flowers (aka "Goron's special crop"), a lava-based dungeon that was clearly inspired by the Dodongo's Cavern from OoT (and could very well be the same cavern in universe), and a fire-based dragon deity. Not to mention the Rito having Jabun as their deity would've made far more sense considering that they're descendants of the Zora.

  3. If the Shiekah were behind the design of the Tower of the Gods then perhaps they made Godan to mirror the fight the Hero of Time had with Bongo Bongo(who is found in the Sheikah created Shadow Temple.)

  4. Zora's are like evolutionary hipsters. When the game is mostly land they live in the water and then what do they do when Hyrule is water? Bird mode. In tears of the kingdom they're going to move into the poison malice water or some shit.

  5. ZELTIK, I MAY HAVE A GOOD SHORT THEORY ABOUT THE TITLE OF TOTK, PLEASE LISTEN: so the title is Tears Of the Kingdom and everyone is taking said "tears" as tear drops and thinking that those green vessels on Link's waist may be the tears, BUT, "tears" can also mean ripped parts so "tears of the kingdom" can also mean "ripped or broken parts of the kingdom" because different parts of Hyrule are breaking apart and floating into the sky. ok thats it, pls read this

  6. Earth temple is the spirit temple.
Same puzzles same relic, same mechanics.
The headstone is likely the Godess of Sands statue at the entrance and I wouldn't be surprised if that big redead statue is what became of that statue in the main room.
Also the outside has no greenery. Just Sand.

Most of the other differences can probably be explained by Ganon's rise to power. Twlight Princess shows that the Gerudo don't win that fight more often than not.

  7. I have a question.

Why the heck does the Zora evolve into the rito, the Zora live underwater.

Once hyrule flooded, the whole of hyrule would have become theirs

  8. Maybe the Earth temple was a sister location of the Shadow temple in OoT. A resting place/prison for the tortured individuals in that era. A place where the darkness is always present, but light can be let in unexpectedly at anytime from the various windows/ceiling shafts and mirrors. Maybe it was a place made with a holy pretext, but also a way to eternally torture the already deceased even after their initial death with all the light and holy energy associated with the temple.

  9. The Earth Temple is by far my favorite dungeon in the game, and one of the better ones in the series in my opinion. I like it's approach to a house of the dead type thing more than the Shadow Temple. An ancient tomb where the dead rest soundly is a whole lot more appealing than a torture chamber.

  10. Did anyone else notice when Zeltik is reading the text overlay from the Tower of the Godd, you can see Link fly into the side of the rising Tower and then fall into the water? Same thing that happened during the first trip to The Forsaken Fortress. Link smacks the side of the building then falls into the water. Ah classic Link

  11. Isn't it also possible that both peaks are "Death Mt" but the crust shifted moving away from the Magma vent that would flow up adding to the mountain top, like the many islands under the ocean near Hawaii??

  12. Sorry if this has already been said in an earlier theory, but could redeads be the enemies of Hyrule who were embalmed and made undead (like the sheikah monks in BOTW) so they wouldn't die while being tortured or interrogated? Similarly, could the Ganondorf we see in TotK have been put through the same process so as not to die and repeat the cycle?

(Let me guess, someone's gonna read this comment after the release of TotK and call me stupid for getting something wrong that's stated outright in the game)
