  1. So when in Co-Op, is the state of the Living or Umbral worlds reliant on the host? If a host "dies" in a boss fight – are both players in the Umbral world or do each have separate perspectives and instances?

  2. The game looks way too dark and since it's unreal engine 5 it will probably only be 30 fps for consoles. Plus no blood stains on clothing after defeating enemies is very disappointing.

  3. Sound effects of the weapons hitting sound awful. Just a thud sound. Looks like it should be better than the original but I’m not sure it’s going to be as good as I hoped

  4. I hope this turns out as good as Lies of P! I am really enjoying my first play through and I am glad more developers are dipping their toes in the water of Souls like games. Not all will be good but at least they are pushing the industry to expand the genre and I love that!

  5. The only issue i can say i have thus far is that weapon impact does not sound impactful at all. Sounds like hitting a thick wet cloth covered pan against rocks you just got out the river. Plus the bloom on all the particle effects is seriously overdone imo. Tune that down (hopefully we have the option) then this game might turn out alright.

  6. Really can’t wait for this. I love all the different environments. That’s one thing I’m not too crazy about on lies of P. Everything up to chapter 6 or 7 has looked just about the same. Also that game kicks my ass a little more than I’d like 😂

  7. They really can't ask a Triple A Price for this game. U clearly see stutters in fights and the same clunky gameplay as the first one. The game looks great but it won't play smooth and it's not worth $80

  8. my 2 worthless cents:
i think the sound needs a bit more impact power, but also the accoustics should be a bit more integrated with the world. they sound like as if you are in a very dry super treated sound room

  9. The skill casting and impact do not match the background color.
The colors of the background and characters are often a dull single tone, but the impact of skill casting or actions is done in bright primary colors,
so it feels out of place rather than flashy.
The bright single color light impact treatment feels a bit childish…

  10. Man I can’t wait for this! My brother got Lies of P and it was sleep inducingly boring AF, and frame drops wen can go on for ages, sound was like a hotel lobby only less exciting. A friend has tested Lords of the Fallen and from what he said he experienced it was absolutely fantastic, no comparison to Lies of Playability.
